Whirly Ball!!
For Shannon's birthday, we all met at the Whirly Ball gym in Lynwood. We picked 3 teams, and went at it! We all had a blast! The game is pretty much Lacrosse on go carts. We did get a little bumped around, and Matt even got a little hurt during one round. He got bumped from the side, and he says "one cheek stayed with the cart, the other moved away from my body." I have never even HEARD of Whirly-Ball, but it looks like so much fun! I went to an actual lacrosse game once, and it was quite violent. Poor Matt, sounds like he lost the butt-cheek tug of war. Awesome date idea!
I played whirly ball on my mission ('88) at the same place and it looks the exact same, it is so much fun. Glad you enjoyed.

Whirlyball is fun! My friend owns that place! It hasnt chaneged in almost 40 years so it looks EXACTLY the same as when Mr. Dillon played! Glad ou were able to check it out!
I'm going to have to convince Doug to take us up there...it looks like a ton of fun!
